I experienced a restaurant back in time. For straight from the farm to your table everything fresh meat, eggs, vegetables, cream and butter in a country setting with beautiful peacocks roaming. The state so kind and friendly food delivered fast. Bed and breakfast on site. You must try. Award winning chefs

Make a reservation. Don't hesitate to try Campo at Los Poblanos. Sit outside, if weather allows to enjoy the views, the breeze, just a lovely time. We asked for the heaters (in the ceiling) to be turned on, and that added to our comfort as the night fell. The food was not only tastily prepared, and presented but some of the best we've had in NM or Texas so far. The rib eye portion was quite large, and we were unable to stop eating it! The crispy skin salmon was good, and the saffron spaghetti with poached muscles was an especially new and enjoyable flavor profile.  We selected various beverages: the wine pairing suggestions on some, the Three Guineas, and beer. I'm so glad we treated ourselves this farm to table experience.
