Canon has a bit of a reputation as an exciting, accomplished, must visit bar. Every inch of that reputation is earned. The service is direct, matter of fact, and expedient. The drinks are expertly concocted and presented, and the food is filling and delicious. We had a great time here and are already planning our next visit. Make sure you show up close to opening time, or you might not get a seat!
