Capital chicken has some of the freshest Peruvian chicken I've tasted, however their sides are not so fresh. We came in at a perfect time, chicken was freshly made. The sides looked as if it had been sitting there ALL DAY! The only side that looked edible were the plantains. Only come here for chicken,. Maybe the sides would be good if you come when they are freshly made.
