I invited a friend to Capital Seafood celebrate his birthday. He wanted Dim Dum. Basically, they offer what you find at almost every other dim sum restaurant and though I assume, they specialize in seafood, none of their offerings were particularly outstanding. Delicious! Best of all, having been told of a 90 minutes wait at Red Lobster, we came here and we're seated immediately and had our food within 15 minutes! Outstanding value.

As you can see with some of my other reviews, I consider myself an aficionado on Chinese dim sum. One must understand that similar to many types of American cuisine, all dim sum is not created equal!
