Oh Capitol Cider, where do I begin about your many screw ups? Made a reservation to come here on my birthday and was so excited to eat some dang fish and chips! Arrived on time (place was maybe 1/3 full inside) and it took a while to get seated but only when we asked as no one acknowledged us standing there waiting around (there were three servers inside). We decided to sit outside (they had heat lamps) and literally got seated at the one table without a heat lamp (there were 5 tables outside). After 15 minutes of sitting around and freezing with no service, we literally went inside to ask for a menu and a warmer table. We got moved to another outside table with a heat lamp and given a menu. Took another 20 minutes or so for someone to take our order, and then another 30 min...
