Waited in line 22 mins in drivthru before I got to the speaker.. waited at the speaker about 5 mins before I started to say "hello ? Anyone there" no answer after waiting another 5 mins for a response.. drove around to the window to beep the horn assuming maybe the speaker is broken no one came to the window got there at 8:20 left at 8:55 with nothing lights were on hours said their open til 10pm there was a car parked on the side engine running lights on don't know if it was an employee or not this is absolutely unacceptable

Captain D's is normally very slow but tonight it was fast food!!! Customer service was excellent and my order was correct plus they gave plenty of tartar sauce. Forestdale Captain D's!!! #A+
