This is now our go to Fish and Chicken Restaurant in Knoxville. Both my husband and I have kidney issues snd we must keep to a renal diet which means virtually no sodium. Captain Jacks conscientiously prepared our cod and perch without salt. The breading was light and delicious and everything was carefully prepared. We had the best fish dinner ever and yet we were able to keep to our dietary restrictions. Everything tasted so good, we didn’t even notice the missing salt.
