Tonight was a huge disappointment at the Captain's Bar and Grill. We went for Taco Wed. and I understand with all the snowbirds the place will be packed, but I don't understand why they don't plan accordingly by getting enough staff to handle the crowd. Service was slow and the food disappointing. We (myself, my husband and another couple) all ordered tacos, I myself with flour tortillas. We did not notice until we added toppings to the tacos that the meat was cold. Not warm even, cold. A...
