After spending two weeks in Panama (yes they serve Caribbean food even though they’re not an island) I was craving something similar after I got back. I went here and there but nothing matched what I had become accustomed to. Not until I went to Caribbean Jerk Cuisine. When I tell you they’re the best Caribbean restaurant in Houston I’m not giving an exaggeration. I usually get the jerk chicken with rice & peas and every time I feel like I’m back in Panama. Then I get sad when I finish my plate. Lol. Anyway, they’re the real deal. Enjoy!
