This Carl's Jr. is always a miss. Very stingy with ranch, ketchup and napkins. I can't really complain about their customer service tho. Never had a negative experience. We don't normally go to Carl's Jr. Because it is on the pricier side of fast food. Their drive thru is usually pretty quick, don't know if they still pressure employees to keep their timers down as if that even matters at the end of the day. But that would explain why my club sandwich was burned. Employees need to focus on the food and not the silly timer. Like you guys had one job, the piece of meat literally cooks itself!! I couldn't even eat the sandwich. What a damn joke. Useless, waste of money.
