Was very unsatisfied because I made sure that they knew what I was ordering and they still didn't get my order right... Next time please pay attention on what the client orders... I was read my order 3 time and still didn't get what I wanted

Food was fresh packaging was sloppy anything in a box was a mess fries were dumped in the bag as placed in from nicely stacked fry boxes. Over all watched 1 person doing this to everything the rest of the employees were working hard and we're appropriately doing their jobs.

I was desperate for food since we had just flown in from Washington. I stopped eating at Carl's Jr. years ago. When in Texas it was so good. But in Washington not so much. Gave it a try here in California and I won't do that again.The fries were horrible. The smell of old oil was just as gross. The bread on the burgers was old and hard.The only good thing about this place was the customer service. It's the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
