Carl's Jr. in Airway Heights

I went through the drive thru today order a double western cheese they had be wait out front when the brought me my food I went to work. I opened my bag to eat and they didn't give me what I ordered it wasn't even close to a western double cheese burger. I tried calling to speak with a manager and the phone just rang for ten minutes with no answer don't go here stick with Jack in the Box at least when they make a mistake they will try to make it right.

Their chicken tenders are THE best!!! Try them with Ranch Dressing mixed with Buffalo Wing sauce... they'll light you up!!!

Came in on Sunday night around 7pm, the staff was 3 employees strong missing product due to a order mishap new computer system not working right.... the cashier was BRE and she handled everything that was going wrong that night with a calm demeanor and level head. She was absolutely amazing. A customer came in through drive-through yelling cussing and she completely ask the person to the and the individual did end up leaving cussing all the way out the door ended up doing a burnout in the Drive-Thru. All of the employees that night handled themselves everything and did an absolutely amazing job. Bree handling the front end, was one hundred percent professional and kind and I would recommend this store to everyone.I do not eat at Carl's jr. Often because there is not one where I live but just because of the professionalism of the store they are worth the two and a half hours drive that I would have to make just to come there my only regret is that I could only give these guys a 5-star rating there are no more stars that I could give at least on here but they are worth so much more.
