If I could give negative stars I would. I got charged for everything I asked for and I was missing half of my food, the napkins were crumpled, and my food was just thrown in the bag. I politely asked where the rest of the food was and I received nasty attitude. I then asked to get the rest of my food and she said she had to charge me more. I don't recall Carl's Jr. charging $20 for a combo and 2 large waters. Never coming back. worst customer service *1/10/20 2:09am.* added time/date because when I asked for her name she mumbled and closed the window.
