Terrible service. Lily took my order , she kept cutting me off and talking over me. Really needs to work on her customer service. Hopefully the food is better than her attitude …

Can’t seem to get orders right, terrible service speed, and lack effective communication during orders. Don’t recommend…. I’d rather dirty my own dishes cooking

Carl's Jr. is one of my favorite fast food places. The food is well-prepared, reliably tasty, the hot food is fresh and hot and the cold food is cold (not lukewarm). The counter workers are pleasant and well-trained. Carl's Jr. is the place to go!
