This is really a 1 star review. I gave an extra star at the last minute because the new hand breaded chicken tenders are amaze-balls. I had taken my family on a Clark Griswald style day trip in the Jemez and we were all tired and HANGRY as we rolled into our neighborhood. This Carl's Jr. is .25 miles from my house so we stopped on the way home. One strange thing about this location, they make you park in the parking spots and wait for your food even if you're the only one in line. So, as usual, I was asked to pull into spot 3 and wait. No one was behind me. We sat for about 3 min, then someone else finally pulled in next to me. Shortly after that, that person got their food and they left as 2 others pulled up. Those 2 got their food and left us sitting alone, waiting. My wife opened the door and just stared at the drive through window. She finally yelled at someone who was walking another order out to a car that had pulled up, he said he would check on the order and took my receipt. He came back and said he gave me a full refund and to make things right he would give us our order for free. We were happy at this point. We waited about 5 more min, they brought a bag out and said they gave us cheese cake too. We were just so anxious to get out of there we didn't look in the bag. Turns out, they shorted us everything except a burger and some deserts. I guess you can't complain about free....
