Came here on a Friday night and you can smell the truck from quite a ways away! I came at 10pm and things were chill (two people ahead of us), but we juuust beat the line because at 10:15, the line went down past the length of the truck! Everyone seemed to be coming from a nearby event. The parking is plenty at night right by the Home Depot area. There is outdoor seating under tents right next to the truck. The lengua was soft and chewy, and I got it as a contrast to my crispy tripas. The flavoring of this spot is BOMB. While tacos are just meat, cilantro, onions, lime and some sauce, I feel like Carnitas Huandacareo does simplicity really well. There's an array of other foods besides tacos too like quesedillas, tortas, and more! All of the sauces were BOMB. Be sure to ask for more! Their...
