Whenever I'm in the mood to teleport to Mexico for some carnitas and buche tacos, I can always count on Carnitas San Juan. Definitely authentic. One of the best hangover cures (crudo cures), right up there with pho and menudo. Two tacos will do the trick, you're crazy to have three. Hot in the summer bring a fan.
