Carolina Subs in West Columbia

Stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich before a flight. Menu lists "Ham biscuit" for $5.29. More than I want to pay, but okay. After three employees look at me and walk away, someone finally asks if I want something. I ask if the Ham biscuit includes egg and cheese. She says yes. I watch her cut open a cheap store bought biscuit, put deli meat, Kraft singles, and hotel-breakfast, pre-fab egg on the biscuit, then toss the whole thing in a microwave. Another employee rings it up - $9.00!!!! "Oh, the egg is extra." Highway robbery. The airport management needs to kick them out.

Terrible. Just terrible. The line entrance for Carolina Subs and "BBQ pit" are confusing. Sometimes they're combined and sometimes they're not. I originally planned on getting something from the BBQ pit, but nobody helped after I stood there for about 5-10 minutes. I eventually went to Carolina Subs/sunrise cafe where a lady was helping ONE customer for the last 10 minutes. By the time she got to me, she was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I bought a parfait that had sat out for so long that the strawberries were bad and the granola was soggy. I got a "red velvet" cake, that was terrible. Never again. Ever.

Cashier black female, short red hair and glasses is a VERY,VERY,RUDE LADY!!!!!! She is more worried about playing her game on the phone then helping a customer. I would put her name on here but she turned her name tag around
