Great food, good service. Two stars off because the bartender could not make a simple Gin & Tonic properly [ flat tonic water, twice! ] AND because they have an unusually atrocious mark-up on wine-- both by the glass and by the bottle. (example: a $23 bottle of a well-known Chianti sits on Carpaccio's menu for $76)Fine for a special occasion, but I wouldn't go there on the regular; there are just too many better (and better-Value) options in/around Naptown.

Amazing customer service. Great server. Pear Martini was absolutely delicious. Also got chicken princepriessa . Everything was delicious. Definitely will be back . Romantic atmosphere.

We've had dinner at Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen & Wine Bar about three times. It is entirely consistent with the Annapolis culinary standard of two star food at four star prices. The food is okay. Not great, not good, just okay. The prices are high. Ten percent off would lead to an extra star. A faster kitchen and more observant FOH staff would add a star also. Looking through the menu and trying to reconstruct what we ordered we found the experiences pretty forgettable. Parking is awkward and distant.
