Still my favorite chain Italian restaurant. The flavors introduced are out of the ordinary, attributed to the wood-fired ovens and grills used by the franchise. The wood-fired flavor is subtle, and one may not recognize the source of the unique flavors brought on by the wood flavorings, but after a few visits, one sees how this technique sets Carrabba's apart from other Italian restaurants.One of the best ways to experience this flavor is to order one of their steaks, or anything on the menu that is grilled.You won't be disappointed.

Today I did take out when I walked in the carry out door no one acknowledged me entering and it felt like I was walking in the wrong door.
