We visited while returning from a trip to Washington and stayed the night in Grant's Pass. We found Carson's Bistro to be as delightful as the town itself. The ambience was comfortable yet chic and the service was terrific. The meal was tasty, satisfying all four of us. The winner hands down was the meatloaf and the fresh vegetables which were perfectly prepared. We only wish we would have had room for the desserts which looked amazing. We will undoubtedly visit again and Carson's Bistro will be a must for dinner. The menu, while not extensive, has a variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes. Reservations needed!
