Terrible service. We went in on Valentine’s Day (it was empty), and our waitress couldn’t speak English. She never checked on us. We had to get up and ask manager for chips, ask another waitress for salsa and get our own napkins. They advertised specials on their chicken and rice, draft beer & margaritas…which we had, then acted like they couldn’t understand English when this was addressed. The manager was a unconcerned, uncaring & unprofessional. I will never, ever return to a place that intentionally overcharges me. Everyone be sure to look at your bill closely!!

I'm not sure if its my luck or what. But sometimes casa blanca is really good and sometimes its just Terrible. Cheese dip is watery. Chips are burnt and food has no flavor.
