I only get the chicken roll up things with avacado ranch on the side, its on the appetizers portion of the menu. All of the other food tastes bad. I got a coconut margirita,and it was served in a pint glass. Not a margarita glass, and was overpriced. 8$ is alot for a mixed drink that was served in the wrong glass. Its not authentic mexican food, super americanized. Salsa is so not spicy enough, tastes like ketchup with some onions,cilantro mixed in it. I saw the buffet, looks sad. And the food looks dry and inedible,didnt bother paying for it when offered by my server.

Reasonably price and delicious food. Smells amazing as soon as you walk in the door. Loved the steak fajitas, queso, and mexican hot chocolate.

Great food on wheels - highly recommended! This is the mobile truck version of the Casa Rio Tex Mex restaurant in downtown Anoka. I caught them at Food Truck Fridays in the Stone Mountain Plaza parking lot, Brooklyn Park. The food really rocks! I particularly loved my giant ground beef burrito, loaded with the Casa Rio signature queso blanco cheese sauce. Yum! It's the same great food as served in the brick n' mortar restaurant...except with a slightly abbreviated menu. Customer service was great too. The 2 women serving up Tex Mex were super cheery and professional. You can't help but smile when talking to them. Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro
