Every time we've been here, we've ordered something different and each time the food is great. It's been a while since we dined in and noticed the bar was gone which was a bummer but you can still order beer.

I feel like Casa Taco, whether this location (Coors) or Academy is always a hit or miss.Solid 4 rating when they are on their game. Used to be a 5+.I think there just is a hiccup with all the challenges covid has caused.
