We were super starving when we got to Casa Taco. Hayley took our order and she was very polite and friendly. My friends and I had a variety of burritos and tacos and left full and satisfied. I will definitely be stopping here every time I swing through Elephant Butte.

Great tacos! Best in the area. We go here every time we come to town. Update: Food is still great as ever and they have expanded the facilities.

good tacos but a little spicy for my taste, beans and rice were really spicy. the staff was nice and prompt
