This cafeteria is hands down the best deal for a good meal in town. If you regularly need a cheap lunch and you like healthy food for under $5, this is it. It doesn't smell like a hospital, the portions are generous. The salad bar is fresh and different salads are offered daily. Bring your office mates and enjoy an affordable home cooked meal.

As weird as it sounds, the hospital has some of the best food in town. I've been getting lunch there on Fridays lately and it's always REAL food cooked with care. Last Friday was Shrimp Diablo with polenta and steamed broccoli. Their soups and salads are homemade, fresh, and delicious too. I get a plate, a soup and a salad for $12 and split it with a co-worker, making my lunch from Cascades only $6.
