Our experience here was good. Food and drinks are a little on the higher side. The establishment was beautiful and the staff were amazing. At no point did we have to flag anyone down for service. Our drinks were always filled.We went here as an anniversary dinner. My husband ordered the bison and I had the ribeye. We ordered nachos as the appetizer. Would definitely not recommended if you are not hungry. The serving size was plenty more than we could eat. The first time it came out the cheese was cold and I mentioned it to my husband. The server overheard us and assured us it was not supposed to be. She called the manager over and they had a new one brought out. We were not expecting that level of service. (They were definitely better warm.) Our food came and was delicious. (Best ribeye in Amarillo hands down.) We ordered a few recommended drinks from our server and left in good spirits. Overall, this was a great experience.

First time at Cask & Cork, but not the last. Interesting menu options and great wine menu. We enjoyed some appetizers and a pleasant conversation. No rushing, great service.
