Castello Pizza & Pasta in Seattle

The wings were good but not spicy. The pizza was tasty but the crust seemed pre-fab (didn’t resemble the photos posted at all). The cook wasn’t wearing a mask. And curbside pickup was not available as advertised because the phone was off the hook/constant busy signal.I had their pizza and wings about 2.5 years ago and they were awesome… I hope they can improve.

Just before Sunday night football, NFL 2020 regular season, I ordered for Delivery of my Castello X-Large Pizza (Half of the pie- Meat Lovers & other Half Castello Special Pizza). It was my 1st Time calling & the Pizza Delivery Customer Service Agent was Very Busy with a couple of customers ahead of me. I told her that it was my 1st Time Calling & I had questions about a couple pizza items and if she had time to answer. I gave her permission to put me "On a Brief Hold," and when she returned, she answered every question patiently and with a positive demeanor. I didn't feel rushed or disrespected. Also, she informed me that with my pizza delivery order, I get the 2 Liter Soda (i.e. I selected Classic Coke) and that the order would take 45 minutes to One Hour. But, I didn't mind because I knew that I was ordering during NFL 2020 regular season around supper time. So, it would take awhile for delivery. In addition, I asked for an Itemized Receipt because I needed it for my Business Taxes. Half Way through the 1st Quarter, my XL Castello Pizza arrived HOT and just the Way I wanted it, with my cold 2Liter Classic Coke bottle and with my Itemized Receipt. The game was Fun; Pizza & Coke were Delicious and I will ORDER, Again from Castello Pizza & Pasta. I highly recommend that you should order from Castello Pizza and Pasta!! ps- On a 5-Stars scale with 5-Stars being the Highest Ranking, I definitely give Castello Pizza and Pasta.... 5-Stars. pps- Enjoy!!
