The worst experience ever!!! Very rude waitress, Don’t count on the all you can eat options if you want to be watched what you eat by other staff and told you can’t take food home after ordering your 2nd helping of any item. I had been coming here for over a year and this is the first time I had staff watch customers eat and then during paying bill at register I complained about the service and the supervisor rudely and sarcastically told us we used the diaper bog to take food out and rudely as well as sarcastically speaking to a 6 month old exact quote: “ hope you don’t mind your diaper bag smelling like fish” . I've not ate there in a years since a bad experience. But I've ate seafood at Catfish Cove all of my life through all of the different owners and decided we would give it a try again tonight 31 Oct. Apparently still the same attitude towards the customer as no one would even answer the phone at 5:12PM. So I guess what ever time I have left on earth will never be at Catfish Cove again, and for sure I'll be spreading the word to stay away. On my way to Riverside in Dallas for the BEST in Gaston County.
