Whenever I travel through DCA I patronise this restaurant. They serve the BEST harissa dip I have ever had and all the ingredients that go into their bowls are always fresh. Truly a smorgasbord of spices and flavours. My only wish is that they would expand faster -- I live 4000 km away and really really really want Cava to have a restaurant in my home town.
