You’re better off going to Oliver garden to be honest. The Alfredo sauce tastes like it came from a can, and the Caesar salad is completely covered in Parmesan cheese. It’s microwave Italian food.

I was told the Caesar salad was delicious and it was. However, the host is extremely rude... not once, not twice but on three separate occasions. I will make sure everyone knows-there are many Italian restaurants to choose from, with outstanding food and phenomenal customer service-this is not one and we will not go back

Cavatore has been a favorite spot for more than 25 years.I always raved about their Caesar Salad, which the servers prepare table side. It was a classic Caesar with anchovies, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon, Dijon, olive oil and parmesan cheese. Simple, authentic and delicious. The salad I got last night was no longer what it was before the pandemic. It was just not good. I don't know exactly how they ruined it, but I suspect addition of Balsamic vinegar, which does not belong in a Caesar Salad, and way too much of it!Also, their garlic bread used to be delicious. Crunchy, buttery and hot. No longer even edible.Sad when such a dining edifice is changed for the worse. I hope it's not to their demise. If they will concentrate on making quality top priority, maybe not too late.
