Atmosphere is wonderful in the Happy Holler. My go to order is the Central Flats Salad with chicken, but the wings are amazing and they offer lots of GF Options! Wonderful drinks selection but the Bushwhacker is something you have to try at least once!

I was very disappointed with the service and environment here. Older, condescending people. Bartenders were rude and acted like they didn't have the time to serve us even though the bar was basically empty on a Friday night. Won't be back. There are too many better choices in Knoxville.

This was a crazy 20 or so minutes. We just got to Knoxville and saw the reviews for Central Flats & Taps. We got there and were seated. After 10 minutes my daughter went to the hostess to ask for menus. We spent the next 10 minutes watching the waiters tend to other tables. Not one person stopped at our table even to say they'll be right back. While we were sitting there, our 10 year old daughter then went to the bathroom and didn't come back. I found her locked in the bathroom crying. The handle was locked from the inside (F&T it's the last bathroom on the right) and I opened it from the outside. We decided to leave. It's a shame.
