One of my favorite Pi-Sq joints and one that has kept it's ambiance the same over the years including through the pandemic. A lot of famous Washington Bands have played here

The Central Saloon is the oldest bar in Seattle. Kind of big yet dingy. Very old looking. At the time I came there was not table service but creating my own tab was great. There was one bartender and a cook. Kind of thin on staff. The live music that started at 8:30 was awesome. Made the whole experience again unique to Seattle. Food was definitely good pub food. The potato tots were large and Burger cooked perfectly.
