Honestly this is the worst Chick-fil-A location in the Richmond area. We’ve consistently had problems with items missing from our orders. We’ve contacted management each time and regardless we continue to have these problems. Management is quick to offer replacing your order however what happens when the replacement order itself is wrong? There have been so many repeated problems that we’ve experienced at this location I am literally beside myself. The customer service has been horrible. We won’t be returning to this location and it’s to the point where we’re willing to drive to the Parham Road location just because the service is substantially better.

Today I submitted a mobile take out order and inadvertently sent it to Short Pump Town Center instead of Short Pump Crossing. I showed up at CFA SPC and then realized my mistake. They prepared my order anyway and contacted the other store and let them know to cancel that order. This is the epitome of customer service! I truly appreciated this. Love this Chick-fil-a team!! ❤
