I checked Yelp for a good place with steak and eggs and I found Chambers Bar and Bistro. I googled my way here and realized that its a hotel restaurant in the Indigo Hotel. I am not usually into eating at hotel restaurants, but thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Ribeye Steak and Eggs, medium rare. I was trying to eat healthier a bit so I asked for fruit instead of hash browns. The Ribeye steak later came out and was well done. The steak was a bit salty. I believe the steak was $18 and I would normally send it back. I had an upcoming meeting that I needed to attend and ate what I could. While staying at hotel indigo I decided to go out to eat at the Chambers Bar & Bistro. I ordered the New York strip steak. While waiting for food to arrive the waiter was not attentive to all members of party. He would only help one at a time and not all at once. Finally the steak arrived cooked to medium rare which I ordered and steak was a grey-ish tan color. The meat was stringy and tough. The flavor of the steak was not of the taste of New York strip. It tasted like ground beef. I would definitely not recommend to steak connoisseur's.
