Food itself is pretty good from my experience. The people who answer the phone however aren't skilled in customer service or conversational English. I can get over that living in Hawaii. I just think they could do better to honor the business hours. Being turned away from takeout orders at 9:10 with staff already having shut down everything seems odd when the web page advertises service until 9:30. I also think they could do better to receive messages under the contact tab. I attempted to email them my concern privately but the page doesn't function. So I posted here. Not a "bad" place; just could fine tune a couple of things

I am a fan...I will leave the professional opinion to my Thai friend who is a Thai food snob....I was told by my server that the kitchen could prepare my menu choice in any way I wanted. Gluten Free? Check. Vegan? Check. No MSG? Check. I have a few tried and true favs when I eat Thai food. I am not much on the spicy part but with some dishes such as Drunken Noodles aka Pad Kee Mao I do like a little bit of kick. They played it safe here and my plate had zero spi...
