Chang's Chinese Restaurant is by far the best Chinese food not only in Katy, but in the Houston area. First off, their hot and sour soup is absolutely delicious. It's always chunky and has the perfect consistency. Secondly, their food is always fresh and delicious. Their Lunch menu is awesome, it has a lot of options. They also have a Dinner Special which comes with the typical soup choice, rice, and egg roll. Their service has always been great as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant! I am actually going there right now...
