Chaplus Modern Tea Room in Anaheim

On the 10th of Dec., my cousin and I ordered the bubble waffle with each of us ordering different toppings and paid separately. I specified I didn't want whip cream. This request is actually on the receipt. When my order was ready, I noticed she added the whip. I reminded her that I didn't want the whip.This is when she started to give me an attitude and being really rude. So rude that my group were also shocked at how she was responding to me. One of her many attempts to give me the crappy waffle was she scraped the whip off and tried to give it to me with the whip still in the pockets of the waffle and the fruit spread a mess. I declined and asked for a refund. She snapped at me and said that she didn't know how. At this point, I didn't want to be in the store anymore and also told her not to bother with my cousins order. Thank goodness the other worker, Ashley, showed up and heard what was happening. She stated she can help me with the refund. As she was processing the refund, the other girl was still forcing me to take the waffle with the same demeanor. Not going there again. I tried contacting the manager a couple of times, but she's never there. Horrible service from a horrible person.

if you want better drinks go somewhere else. this boba spot has the smallest medium size, they put so much ice that if you take 3 sips it's already gone. the aesthetic of the cafe is cute but the drinks are bad. i ordered the jasmine milk tea with sea foam and it tastes like straight milk. i also paid 6.47 for 3 sips and disgusting sweet milk. just don't go here.

Went there a week ago and the gal at the front was extremely rude with no manners. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 waffles. The waffles were cold and the drinks were awful. I've had boba at different places and the drinks here were awful. To top it all off waited almost 30 minutes for these horrible drinks and cold waffles. I will never go back there again. The gal in the front should smile and not be rude...... Also based on the other reviews this place seems to lack in flavor. Many reviews show the drinks are not great on flavor and I agree... FYI there are two other boba places at GardenWalk and both are 100% better then this place and the other people are so friendly!
