Chaps has 3 locations. This one is in Armada. Looks like a small town saloon inside. Food is always good and the prices are fair. Drinks were made well and waitress was attentive with a welcoming attitude. Great small town atmosphere..
Called to place a carry out order. Waitress put me on hold for 10min and then hung up on me. I understand there busy but this is not how you run a business. There lose i normally spend $50 plus dollars everytime i order there. And this is not the first time I've tried calling back and they won't answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I guess I'll spend my $ across the street at the pizza place. At least they answer the phone...
