The food is hot and homemade. My burger was delicious. Customer service is good, but don't expect anything over the top.

They have random hours and shut down and open whenever they feel like. I have to stop trying to go out of my way to eat there because I never know if they'll be open or not. If they reflected this online it wouldn't be a big deal but it's disappointing to arrive at lunchtime on a Monday to find out they're closed and have to try and find somewhere else.Maybe there was a family emergency, but if so, that seems to happen very often.

I had not been to Char Burger in many years. Hamburger basket was tasty and a great value. Service was quick. The dining room, which is from another era, was clean.
