We used to love this place. Their new business model is awkward at best. We were told to seat ourselves but there were no clean tables. You order at the register now - no biggie. We got our own drinks. Wandered around looking for napkins and silverware. Had to go ask for a straw. Had to go ask for parmesan and were handed 3 paper packets of cheese powder. Then served lukewarm food because they "forgot we were here". They offered to refund, reheat or remake. Due to time we just ate it cold. Prices haven't changed, but the service - or lack of it mean no more Mary's for us.

The chicken parm comes on top of some marinara which is then on top of fettuccine alfredo. Total best of both worlds situation.

I’ve always enjoyed Mary’s Pizza shack, one of my all time favorite BEFORE all these changes! We came to the Anderson Mary’s on the Saturday before Christmas, and it was packed with absolutely minimal help. It took 20 minutes to get the cold beer, many people went up to get a refund because their food came and was finished before they even got a beverage. We will not visit Mary’s again, that’s a shame. Hopefully management will realize the holes, there is no Customerservice! Good luck
