Very very disappointed, you guys lost your standards, not fresh at all , meat tasted burned on both sandwiches I ordered also the cook didn’t even bother chopping the meat the way it’s supposed to be , unfortunately won’t order or go back , very disappointing it was one of my favorite sandwich

First terrible customer service. No greeting or even didn’t ask what we wanted. 3 employees 2 on phones and the other storing lemonade with tongs from the grill. The place is greasy and filthy. Gross environment. 0 stars worst Charleys I ever been too.
