Called Charlie's Trio Cafe for a last-minute birthday dinner. It's been ages since I've ordered their broasted chicken but I'm so glad I remembered! I ordered the 20 piece broasted chicken, sautéed veggies and a pepperoni pizza. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I liked that it was mixed between light and dark meat. Not greasy at all!
