Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Selma

We don't have a Cheddars near my home but we ran across one out on I35 and stopped to eat. I ordered their chicken fried steak and my wife ordered their coconut shrimp and chicken. Both were excellent, my steak was one of the best I have ever had. The restaurant was very nice and the wait staff was great. We do plan to go again when the opportunity presents itself.

Dine in is fine. Called in order for pickup, got home food was old a d dried out. Got half order of dried out cheese bites. Called wanted to talk to manager Darris Sutton. Put me on hold and 30 min later was disconnected. I left 20% tip!!! Will not go there again.

I love Cheddar's croissants. That is the main reason I keep coming to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Houston. We visited San Antonio and decided to order croissants on the website. Website told me that my order will be ready in 30minutes after I checked out. I drove for 25 minutes and waited in the car. Called them and they said my order was ready. I waited for 10 minutes and called them for the second time. They said the same thing my order is ready and it's on the way. I waited again after 5-7 minutes someone did came but without my croissants. He came to confirm my order and said the same thing that my 5 orders of croissants are ready and he will be back with them. Waited for another 15-20minutes, this time I was so upset. Finally, my order arrived after my 3rd call. Basically i waited in the parking spot for more than 30 minutes and waited for my croissants for over an hour from the time I placed my order. to top it all of, my croissants were rushed. They put 5-6 croissants in a container and put the cream only on the top. The croissants under the top layer didn't have their signature cream. I was beyond upset.
