After flying back to Houston, I was looking for a meal close to the airport. I had been to a different Cheddar's location many years ago so thought I was due for another trip. Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a chain that reminds me of Applebees, Chili's, Friday's, etc. I'd put them a notch above though and they have affordable prices. The restaurant was packed on a Sunday evening. After being seated, it took our waitress a while to stop by but service picked up after that.
