First timer, I ordered tacos for breakfast. Bacon and egg, chorizo and egg. Very generous portions. Enjoy it!

I had the shrimp tacos on corn tortillas taco plate with rice and beans. It was a-maaay-zing! This restaurant is definitely worth visiting if you are in Alamo Heights on a lunch break, or for breakfast.

Back at my old job, my favorite days were when Chela's Tacos was the food truck of the day. They were (and still are) one of a handful of places that make cochinita pibil tacos, surprisingly not as common as you might think.
