*** 100% DISSATISFACTION ***Anyone living, working, or even passing through the Karns area of Knoxville, TN, I STRONGLY recommend avoiding Chen Garden Restaurant on Oak Ridge Highway at any cost! I ordered Kung Pao chicken, and am pretty sure there wasn't A SINGLE PIECE OF CHICKEN in the dish! Deep-fried FAT? PLENTY! Truth is, I have no idea what I was actually eating so I stopped eating it altogether! My wife ordered the meal with NO ONIONS and NO GREEN PEPPERS, but I think they added EXTRA of both! The meal comes with an egg roll, I got none!
