Cherry Street Market in Seattle

Spent over $80 for lunch for 4 and one person had some rice and a fruit cup.  Expectations were high here.  Cashier was super friendly.  Had the salmon burger and the cook was making just 2 other burgers at the time.  Never once paid any attention to me, I said hi, he said nothing.  Just flipped his burgers.  Cold, indignant, uncaring and ungrateful.  Salmon was the tail piece and about a quarter inch thick for over $10.  One crummy old piece of lettuce that barely poked out of a weak clammy bun.  The salad bar had better lettuce.  One super thin piece of sliced cheese.  Now we do the hand compression when eating and this thing was like a flat tire at about a half an inch.  Zero character like the person that made it.  2nd person had the bean burger and the guy wasted it, totally burned on both sides and was dried out and just tasted like fireplace ash.  Smoothie was great, the chefs were great, quick and efficient and helpful.  They threw away the remainder of the smoothie they made for me, which is unfortunate they did not save it for the other workers.  Lots of waste.  My sweet potato fries had been sitting arou...

I love C Street, it's my favorite place to eat on campus. The food tastes homemade and there's always a wide variety of options, so you're hardly ever stuck with something you're not feelin'. There's always a salad bar and fresh fruit in the morning. There is always a sandwich/deli option, as well as the grill for burgers and the like. Sushi will pop up occasionally, and there is one station that changes every day to some new delicious meal. There are fresh soups and sweet desserts, fountain soda and bottled drinks of all kinds. Lots of seating and amazing staff.
