There are limits to what you can expect from a chain restaurant. Chevys Fresh Mex falls short of that low bar. In my latest visit, after a year or so gap, I had to go find someone to be seated. Service was slow. The waitperson had to come back to confirm a very simple order. The portions are quite large. Don't get excited about that. The food is mediocre at best. How hard is it to make a decent taco? How embarrassing should it be to a nominally Mexican restaurant for tacos to be soggy and lukewarm? I had to go find someone to get a check also. *sigh* There are other better Mexican restaurants in Annapolis. Go to one.
