Très délicieux!! My wife's birthday dinner at Chez Nous was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere and service was outstanding. As soon as you step through the doors, you are immediately transported to the French countryside… the ambiance is amazing! This restaurant in Humble is one of the best French restaurants in H-town. Definitely try the soufflé for dessert… it’s a 25 min wait and only served after 8 pm, and it’s so worth it!We had Escargot de Bourgogne, and Seared Foie Gras over caramelized Apple with Honey Raspberry Gastrique for our appetizers. Seared Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Caper Butter Sauce, and Seared Scallops with Butternut Squash Risotto for entrees. We ended the meal with a trio of Chez nous Soufflés: Grand Marnier, Passion Fruit-Raspberry, Chocolate!
